Book the Greta Thames Sailing Barge on a Private Charter Basis

When you book a Private Charter you can bring along up to 11 other persons to help you perhaps celebrate that special occasion or to just relax . These trips are also ideal for Corporate days out and team building days as you can bring your own catering and drinks. You can also discuss with the Skipper Steve Norris where you wish to sail.

Safety Notes for all Passengers

Passengers board and disembark at their own risk via a near vertical ladder attached to the harbour wall. Passengers must ensure that they wear suitable clothing and flat footwear. A safety briefing is given on board prior to sailing.

We have daily sailing trips from Whitstable Harbour around the Thames Estuary. These trips can last up to 6 hours so bring food and cold drinks with you. The crew do the sailing while you sit back and relax but if you like, you can, with the permission of the Skipper, help with the sailing.
